Terms and conditions
(pursuant to Chapter I, Title 3, Part 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments e integrations)
1. Introduction and effectiveness of the General Conditions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) have for subject to the regulation of the purchase of products and services, carried out at a distance and returned available, via the internet, from the website ww.stringproject.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) in the compliance with Italian legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments e additions (hereinafter “Consumer Code”).
The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: Vige s.r.l. with registered office in c.da Galdo, 46 84045 Altavilla Silentina (SA), C.F/ P.I. and registration in the Salerno Business Register n. 05594850652, REA: SA – 458346 – E-mail address: email@example.com (of followed by “Vige”).
The consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter “Customer”) is required, before sending the order, read these General Conditions carefully have been made available on the Site and will be available at any time by the Customer also through the link contained in the confirmation email of each order for allow it to be reproduced and stored.
In the event that the person making purchases on the Site requires the issuance of an invoice and / or however it is not a “consumer or user” as defined in art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a), of Consumer Code, the withdrawal regulation pursuant to art. 7 and 8 of these General Conditions and, more generally, the provisions pursuant to the same Consumer Code applies only to “consumers”.
The contracts concluded with Vige through the Site are governed by these Conditions Generali in compliance with Italian law. The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
2. Choose and order the Products
The characteristics and price of the various products for sale on the Site (hereinafter “Product” or “Products”) are shown on the page relating to each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in format electronic, following the instructions contained in the Website. The Customer will have to add the Product on the “Cart” and, after having read the General Conditions and the Policy of Privacy and confirmed their acceptance, will have to enter the shipping and eventual data billing, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
By sending the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges e declares to have read all the indications provided during the procedure of purchase and to fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Payment transcribed.
The contract stipulated between Vige and the Customer must be considered concluded with acceptance of the order by Vige. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through a confirmation email of the order itself containing a reference to these Conditions General, the order number, shipping and billing information, the list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics and the total price, including the expenses of delivery. The Customer will check the confirmation email and identify any errors in the order it will have 12 hours from the receipt of this email to contact the Service Customers directly from the Site using the appropriate contact form accessible through the tab “Contacts”. After this deadline the order will be processed for shipping e no changes will be accepted, without prejudice to the rights of the Customer referred to in next article 7.
Once the order is received, Vige will check the availability of the stocks for evasion of the order itself. In the event that one or more Products are not available, the Service Clients Vige will promptly send an e-mail notification to the Customer who, by following 12 hours, you will have the right to reply to confirm the shipment of any more Products available or cancel it. In case of failure to reply within this deadline, the order will be considered confirmed and the available Products will be shipped.
If only a few Products are not in stock, Vige will process the order with the Products available. In both cases, the amount for the missing Products will be reversed immediately depending on the chosen payment method.
3. Product Information
The information and characteristics relating to the Products are available, with the relative codes of Product, on the Site. The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description. It is understood that the image of the Products themselves has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and quality but may differ by color and size. In case of difference between the image and the written product sheet, it does always the description of the product sheet.
4. Prices and shipments
Product prices include all taxes and duties. All prices are expressed in Euro.
- Shipments to Italy:
Throughout Italy, shipping is free for orders starting from € 150, for lower amounts the cost of the shipment is € 6.90.
- Shipments abroad:
The cost of shipping abroad is € 12.90. For orders starting from € 150 shipping is Free.
5. Payment and invoicing methods
5.1 Payment methods
The Customer can pay the price of the Products and the relative expenses of delivery by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and prepaid cards mark.
- Credit Card
The circuits on which it is possible to buy within the Site are:
- Visa / Visa Electron
- American Express
To ensure maximum security, the customer will make the payment transaction directly to the bank’s secure server.
The Website does not store the Customer’s credit card number, but thanks to the protected communication of the bank of reference, from the second expense, the Customer if you wish – by selecting the appropriate option – you can proceed with the purchase without entering your data again. The reference credit institution uses the protocolSSL to encrypt the data transmitted between your server and the Client’s browser.
Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment with your account or using a card, also prepaid, or however in the manner accepted by Paypal and in compliance with the relative conditions.
- Bank transfer
The customer must make the transfer within 3 days from the order date. If this is not the case check the order will be canceled and the goods made available again for purchase by other customers. The Customer who has not taken steps to perform the bank transfer can be contacted by Customer Service in order to clarify if the cause of the failure to credit is due to the Customer’s wish not to confirm the purchase or to other causes.

Reason: the Customer must indicate the date and the order number in the reason for the transfer available in the confirmation email (eg “Order 01/01/17 n. 345”).
- Cash on delivery
This payment method is only available for shipments made in Italy and only for orders not exceeding € 250.00. Payment will be made upon receipt of the Products and can be made exclusively in cash. For shipments in cash on delivery The Customer is required to pay a shipping fee of 4.50€.
5.2 Order billing
If the purchase is made by a professional, it will be possible to request an issue of the invoice by selecting the appropriate box during the ordering procedure and entering the billing data including tax code and / or VAT number. In this case the bill will come sent by email to the address indicated. The professional is responsible for the correct entry of invoicing data and is expressly informed that, in the event of failure request for the invoice when ordering, it will not be possible to request it later.
6. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchasing procedure in the “Shipping Information” field.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Vige is not responsible for delays not predictable or not attributable to it.
Once the Products have been sent, the Customer will receive a confirmation email in which a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within a period of 7 (seven) working days starting from the following day to that in which Vige has confirmed the order to the Customer via a specific confirmation email Order.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without need to provide explanations and without penalty, except in cases of exclusion provided for in the following point IV To exercise this right, the Customer must send to Vige a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Prodott, if it intends withdraw before receiving the Products, the withdrawal notice may be sent anytime before they are received.

The Vige Customer Service will, once the communication is received, open one practice for the management of the return and to communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to Product Returns.
The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:
I. The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore if the Product is composed of several components or parts it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchased Product.
II. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal Vige will reimburse the customer for the entire amount of returned goods, excluding shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which it is the withdrawal notice was received, without prejudice to Vige’s right to suspend the payment of the reimbursement until the actual receipt of the goods. The reimbursement will take place using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless he has one expressly required a different method. In case of transfer or payment in mark will be the Customer’s responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN).
III. Also in order to be able to guarantee the free return according to the following Article 8, the Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received.
IV. In addition to the cases indicated in the Introduction (customer not a consumer and / or requiring an invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 21/2014:
– order of made-to-measure or clearly personalized products;
– order for Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– order for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or
that have been opened after delivery.
8. Errors and limitations of liability
The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors of which Vige is therefore not can be considered responsible, except in the case of fraud or gross negligence.
Vige reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even afterwards that an order has been sent, or to change or update the information in any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer’s rights to pursuant to these General Conditions and the Consumer Code.
Except in the event of malice or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages is ruled out recognition of compensation, as well as any contractual liability or non-contractual for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things caused by failure acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order.

Vige undertakes to respond to all requests received within a maximum of 7 days working.
10. Applicable law and competent court
The sales contract between the Customer and Vige is concluded in Italy and regulated by the Law Italian. For the solution of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these General Conditions or individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the forum will be exclusively competent of his municipality of residence or domicile if located in the Italian territory; in all others cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Salerno, each any other competent court excluded.
Pursuant to Article 1341 of the Civil Code the Customer declares to have read and to accept specifically the following articles of these General Conditions: 6 (liability for delays in the delivery), 8 (right to correct errors – disclaimers).
