Returns and withdrawal
Changed your mind or is there a problem with your order? You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal: fill in the return form and we will get back to you with the return instructions.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products. If you have not yet received your order, you can send the withdrawal notice at any time before delivery.
The withdrawal applies to the purchased Product in its entirety: if the Product is composed of multiple components or parts, it is not possible to withdraw only on part of the Product.
How to return a product
- Fill in the return form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of delivery, indicating your order number and the products to return.
- Pack the products in the same box in which you received them: this is the condition for a free return.
- Ship the parcel to: Returns and Refunds Office — Gevi S.r.l., via Galdo 46, 84045 Altavilla Silentina (SA), Italy, as indicated in the Terms and conditions.
As an alternative to the online form, you can send your withdrawal notice by registered letter with return receipt to: Attn. Returns and Refunds Office — Gevi S.r.l., via Galdo 46, 84045 Altavilla Silentina (SA), Italy.
Refunds
We will refund the full amount of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs if applicable, within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received, while reserving the right to withhold the refund until the goods are actually received. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly request a different method; for orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, we will ask you for your bank details (account holder, bank and IBAN).
Exclusions
In addition to the cases of non-consumer customers and/or customers requesting an invoice, the right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, in the following cases:
- products made to measure or clearly personalised;
- products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
